Generate Listing Digital Assets

Generate digital materials instantly for any listing. Just Listed, Open House, Just Sold, ...

This guide walks you through the steps to transform your "Listing" data into professional digital content. Learn how to automatically generate social media posts and stories that are ready to share across all your online platforms in seconds.

This article is specifically about generating digital assets for property listings. While the process is very similar when you're creating daily social media content, it's best to head over to the content creation section for specific info on that, even though there's a lot of overlap.

1. Head to Listing Studio

Log in and select Listing Studio from the left-hand menu.

2. Filter for Social Media

Use the filter menu to select Social Media.

3. Select your preferred design

You can further refine your search by choosing Single-Slide, Multi-Slide, or Carousel from the side menu. Additionally, you can select from Square Post, Vertical Post, and Story (Vertical) layouts.

You can sort by asset type, like social media, feature sheets, or postcards, or by layout style, like single-page or multi-page. Just remember they stack on top of each other, means that if you select one filter, like "Social Media," and then select another, like "One-page Layout," the system filters for both those things at once.

4. Select Template & Load Listing

Click your preferred template. The system will automatically load your most recent listing, or you can manually select a different one using the "Search My Listing" button at the top left of the editor page.

5. Customize Your Content

Once your listing is loaded, photos and property details are automatically placed within the template. The customization stage allows you to refine the details pulled directly from your listing data.

  • Property Details: Fields such as the address, bedrooms, bathrooms, parking, price, ... are automatically imported and fully editable.

  • Update Listing Status: Use the Listing Label dropdown menu to quickly set your status. Choose from options like "Just Listed", "For Sale", "Open House", ... to match your marketing needs.

IMPORTANT: If you are receiving our email notifications regarding automated marketing assets for your "New Listings", it means you are enrolled in our listing automation (either individually or through your brokerage).

Please note that the system automatically creates assets for "Just Listed," "Just Sold," and "Just Closed." However, these are simply suggestions. If you need a different status, you can easily jump into Listing Studio, load your listing, and select a template. From there, you can change the label to whatever fits your needs, such as: New Price, Coming Soon, Exclusive Listing, Just Purchased,

Price Reduction

  • Subtitles & Open House Info: Some templates offer additional flexibility. Use the Subtitle field for extra details. If your listing's Open House info is on MLS, it will auto-populate; or you can manually enter details like "Sat-Sun | 2–4pm"

  • Branding & Logos: Partner brokerages will see their logos pre-loaded. Individual users can select from logos previously uploaded in the Branding Kit. You can choose to display either your personal or brokerage logo.

  • Colors: The template defaults to the primary and secondary colors set in your Branding Kit, but you can override them for a specific asset.

  • Headshots: Choose from your uploaded headshots. Some templates allow you to toggle between a standard circle crop and a full-frame headshot for a more polished look.

6. Manage Listing Photos and Slides

  • Swap Images: While the first few photos of your listing are loaded automatically, you can click "Load More Images" to view all available listing photos and replace them as needed.

  • Multiple Image Template: if your selected template has multiple image placeholders (more than one image displaying in one slide) , a dedicated gallery of your listing images will be available in the editor. You can pick and replace any image from that gallery to replace the existing ones, and repeat this process for each subsequent listing photo placeholder.

  • Multiple Slides (Carousel) Template: If your selected template is a 'Carousel Template', you'll find a footer bar at the bottom of the page displaying individual slides. First, select the desired slide by clicking it on this bar. Once inside, you can proceed to replace the images. Within each slide, there may be a Single or Multiple images. Utilizing the gallery of listing photos, as described earlier, you can individually select and swap the photos as needed.

  • Manual Uploads: If your listing is not currently in the MLS, if you haven't loaded it into MLS yet, if your automation is not activated to import listings automatically, or if you simply want to add different images to create content, you can use the 'Personal Gallery' feature for all these cases. There, you can first upload your images and then use them in your templates.

7. Saving the Changes

While customizing your listing asset, anytime you make a change, like swapping a photo or editing text, there's always a "Save" button at the top. Clicking this will secure your progress, so you can leave the page, come back, or check details, and your modifications will be preserved until you're ready to share or download.

8. Share or Download

Depending on the permissions you have within the system, you can download your created content. Downloads may be available in formats such as PNG or PDF, you can also directly share it from the platform without needing to download if you are a paid member.

When downloading assets from multi-slide, multi-page, or carousel templates, note that choosing the PDF option will download all pages as a single document. However, if you select PNG or other available image formats, the system will generate a single ZIP file. Once downloaded, you must locate and unzip the file on your device to access each individual slide or page as a separate image.

  • Download: for embedding on websites or email campaigns, or manual posting.

  • Share: Send the asset directly to your connected social media channels, if you are on Premium Plus membership.

Once you have finished customization, you can download your content, or proceed to the next step to share it, with options to both post and schedule. Proceed to the 'How to Share' article for more details.

If you notice that not all options are enabled for you, you should check your permissions and determine which plan you are on. For more information, please review our Membership Plans.

You can order "Custom Templates" for your listing social media and feature sheet needs. Read This Article to learn more about custom templates.
