This guide walks you through the steps to transform your "Listing" data into professional Print-Ready content. Learn how to automatically generate Feature Sheet, Postcard, Flyer, ... that are ready to download in seconds.
1. Head to Listing Studio
Log in and select Listing Studio from the left-hand menu.
2. Filter for Social Media
Use the central filter to select whether you want a "Feature Sheet," "Postcard," "Flyer," or "QR Code," whichever you need.
3. Select your preferred design
You can further refine your search by choosing Single Page, 2-Pages or 4-Pages (Multi Pages) from the side menu.
4. Select Template & Load Listing
Click your preferred template. The system will automatically load your most recent listing, or you can manually select a different one using the "Search My Listing" button at the top left of the editor page.
5. Customize Your Content
Once your listing is loaded, photos and property details are automatically placed within the template. The customization stage allows you to refine the details pulled directly from your listing data.
Property Details: Fields such as the address, bedrooms, bathrooms, parking, price, ... are automatically imported and fully editable.
QR Code: System automatically retrieves data from your MLS; and if the virtual tour field exists, it generates the QR code and displays it, you can also edit and change the URL to generate a different QR code.
Listing Description: Certain Print-Ready templates offer the flexibility to incorporate the listing description and the wording (often referred to as the 'Client Remarks' in the MLS) is automatically populated within the template. You can modify this text, adding or removing content to suit your needs, and use it within the template.
Extra Subtitles fields: Some Print-Ready templates come with additional title and subtitle fields. You can use these to write different headings, such as the location name, or discuss details like lot size, property taxes, etc. You can then populate these fields with the values you want and use them in your template.
Branding & Logos: Partner brokerages will see their logos pre-loaded. Individual users can select from logos previously uploaded in the Branding Kit. You can choose to display either your personal or brokerage logo.
Colors: The template defaults to the primary and secondary colors set in your Branding Kit, but you can override them for a specific asset.
Headshots: Choose from your uploaded headshots. Some templates allow you to toggle between a standard circle crop and a full-frame headshot for a more polished look.
6. Manage Photos and Pages
Swap Images: While default photos are loaded automatically, you can click "Load More Images" to view all listing images and replace them.
Multiple Image Template: if your selected template has multiple image placeholders, a dedicated gallery of your listing images will be available within the template designer. You can easily pick and replace any image from that gallery to replace the existing ones, and repeat this process for each subsequent photo placeholder.
Multiple Slides Template: If your selected template is a 'Multi Pages Template', you'll find a footer bar at the bottom of the page displaying individual pages. First, select the desired page by clicking it on this bar. Once inside, you can proceed to replace the images. Within each page, there may be a Single or Multiple images. Utilizing the gallery of listing photos, as described earlier, you can individually select and swap the photos as needed.
Manual Uploads: If your listing is not currently in the MLS, if you haven't loaded it into MLS yet, if your automation is not activated to import listings automatically, or if you simply want to add different images to create content, you can use the 'Personal Gallery' feature for all these cases. There, you can first upload your images and then use them in your templates.
7. Download the Asset
Depending on the permissions you have within the system, you can download your created content. Downloads may be available in formats such as PNG or PDF according to your membership plan.
If you notice that not all options are enabled for you, you should check your permissions and determine which plan you are on. For more information, please review our Membership Plans.
