If your Listing Automation is enabled and you have verified your email address, you will be able to view and download the assets that are automatically generated for your listing.
Once you receive the email notification that the system has automatically generated your listing assets, or if you have requested them from the My Listings section, you will return to the same area to download them.
Click on the Email you've received or Navigate to the My Listings section.
Locate the specific Listing you want to update.
Click the Options button located directly in front of it.
Click Regenerate Assets
Select the Assets you want the system to generate.
Click the Submit button
Wait for the system prompt to notify you when it's finished.
Once successfully completed, the "View & Download" item will appear in the Options menu.
Depending on your membership plan, there is a timeframe provided by the system, this window typically ranges from two weeks to three months. Your assets will remain available during this period, provided your storage limit is not exceeded. Once the timeframe expires or your storage is full, these assets will be removed.
IMPORTANT
Automated Generated Assets are not editable/customizable. If you need to make changes to logos, text, or images, it’s best to head back to the Listing Studio, load your listing from there, and then create the asset using whatever template and adjustments you prefer.
