Explore the options for direct posting, scheduling, and utilizing AI-powered features

Updated over a week ago

If you haven't yet generated or downloaded your asset, please refer to the 'How to Generate Digital Assets' article. If you have successfully created your asset and are now looking to learn more about sharing it, this article is for you.

When you choose to "Share", the system opens the AI Caption tool:

  • Define Focus: Tell the AI if the post is for a "New Listing," "Price Change," etc.

  • Set the Tone & Language: Choose your preferred language and tone (e.g., professional, friendly, or witty).

  • Refine Details: Use checkboxes to include hashtags, emojis, or your contact information.

  • Generate the Caption: Click the Generate button to create a caption for your listing. If you are unsatisfied with the result, you can click it again to generate a new version. You can also modify your input to help the system generate a more accurate and improved caption for you.

🪙 If you are not a paid member, you still have a few credits per month to try out the AI features without being charged.

  • Preview: Click on Next button, and here you will see a Preview icon next to each social platform.

❌Ensure your template layout (Square vs. Vertical) matches the intended platform to avoid cropping issues.

❌ You'll want to be mindful of the template size you choose. If you select a template specifically for posts, avoid selecting "Story" on the platforms. Conversely, if you choose a vertical template for a Story, then do not select "Post" in the platform options.

  • Finalize: If you selected a carousel template, you can change the display order of the slides by dragging and dropping to reorder them, or you can remove slides entirely.

  • Publish: Click Publish Now to post immediately, or use the Schedule tool to pick a future date and time.

If you wish to take your sharing and content management to the next level, visit the 'Content Calendar' article, where we explain how you can schedule your content for the coming days and weeks.
