A Custom Template gives individual real estate agents and teams the ability to have a custom look and feel to their marketing assets. Custom templates are custom designed by the REable Hub professional design team to work with the various marketing designs generated by the system. The design team will work with your requirements to create a suitable design that matches your indvidual or team branding.
Here's how to order your own custom template:
You must be a Premium Hub subscriber to be able to order and have a custom template work with your marketing materials.

You can have as many custom templates as you need, though each custom template will incur an initial customization fee.
Using Custom Templates for Listings
Custom Listing Templates work automatically. Simply bookmark the custom template and the system will automatically generate the listing assets according to your custom design. You will be notified by email once the designs are ready.
Using Custom Templates for Market Reports
For Market Report Custom Templates, you will need to select the template you want to use, search for the area (city, neighbourhood, etc.) you want to generate a report for, then generate the report once you have the parameters set.
