Whether you are looking to post instantly or prepare high-quality printable materials, these templates allow you to generate branded content quickly, ensuring you maintain a consistent and professional online presence with minimal effort.

What Kind of Content Can You Create?

How to Access and Customize Content Templates

  • Select Content Creation from the left-hand menu to open the library.

  • Use the filter menu to select your desired content type or choose from your saved Custom Templates.

  • Narrow down the results by entering specific keywords into the Search bar and clicking the search icon.

  • Browse the results and click on the template you wish to publish.

  • Clicking the template, will open the editor to begin personalizing your content.

  • Depending on the Content Type, your membership plan and your permissions, you can select Share to post directly or Download to save the file to your device.

  • For sharable content types, use the AI Writer to instantly generate captions and relevant hashtags tailored to your post.

You can use the search bar to search for specific types of content that you are interested in.

You can refine your selection using the filters menu, which may be organized into several sections. Within each section, you can select specific filter items. You also have the flexibility to apply filters across multiple sections simultaneously—for example, choosing one item from "Section 1" and another from "Section 2." When you combine filters this way, the resulting output will be the precise combination of all your selections, effectively applying an "AND" condition to your search.

Pay close attention to these filters, as using any search boxes on the page will alter your results. If you have already searched for something in the box, those keywords will impact the final outcome even after you adjust the filters. Therefore, if you want to work solely with the filters, make sure to "Clear" any text in the search box first. Conversely, if you want to find something using only the search, deactivate the filters to prevent confusion and ensure a smoother experience.

You can further refine your search by choosing Square Post, Vertical Post, or Vertical Story layout from the side menu.

Customize the Content to Match Your Brand

After selecting a content template, you have the option to partially edit it. You can change the logo or background photo by selecting from the library of available options. This allows you to personalize the content templates to align with your branding and preferences. Once the editing is complete, you can download the customized content template as an asset.

When customizing a template, you have a few options at the editor panel. Depending on the selected template, you can:

  • Switch Logos: Choose between different logos provided by your brokerage or your personal logo.

  • Change Headshots: Switch between pre-uploaded headshots, including options for a full body photo or just your portrait.

  • Toggle Visible Data: On some templates, you can simply click to hide specific data fields if you don't need them to be shown.

  • Replace Images: Swap out the existing photos in the template with others from the gallery or upload your own.

  • Text Placeholders: while not all text is editable, many templates do allow changes to specific fields based on their design and layout. If available, you will see the corresponding field appear in the editor, allowing you to edit or replace it with your own custom copy.

  • Adjust Colors: The system automatically displays the primary and secondary colors from your Personal Branding section. If you've customized those colors, they will load here. Or, if no colors are set there, the defaults from your brokerage will be used. Finally, within the editor, you can manually override these colors and select different ones if allowed by the template's design.

Use AI to Generate Captions and Hashtags

  • After selecting a template, click 'Generate Caption' to use the AI tool.

  • You can also generate relevant hashtags for social reach.

  • AI tools are built in and available at no extra cost for Premium Plus members.

  • Even if you are not a Premium Plus member, you have a few free credits to use our AI features for generating captions or other scripts effortlessly.

Share or Download Instantly

  • Copy the image or download it to your device.

  • Premium Plus users can publish content directly to their connected social media channels.

  • Captions are also available for quick copy-paste when scheduling your posts manually.

If you don’t see the Share button on a specific content piece, it means that asset is intended for direct download or print rather than direct social sharing. This includes Print Materials (like postcards or listing presentations), Email Signatures, and Profile Banners. For these formats, simply download the file to your device to use it in your marketing or print it locally.
