New Listing Automation is a feature in REable Hub that provides you with a complete marketing package for your new listing. It is easy, efficient, and convenient.
Whenever you have a new listing, your local real estate board data feed will deliver the data to REable Hub. Our automated marketing system will then create a complete marketing package including print and digital assets (depending on your subscription level) that is swiftly sent to you via email.
You can download these marketing assets directly from REable Hub and use them right away, or you can modify or request customizations (for a fee) if you want to have changes done to your marketing materials.
Here's how you can access your current New Listing Automation marketing assets inside REable Hub:
On the REable Hub menu, click on My Listing Assets.
All of your current and past listings will appear.
On a current listing, click the "Assets" button.
All marketing assets pertaining to your listing will be ready for you to view and export/download.
On a past listing, click "Regenerate" if you wish to access marketing assets for it.
Once the assets have been regenerated, you will see the "Assets" button appear and you can download the marketing assets you need for that listing.
