Note: Most of the services offered through Concierge can be handled by yourself directly within your own Hub account. Concierge is designed as a "Done-For-You" service to save you from getting bogged down in execution tasks—ideal if you are short on time, prefer not to go through the tutorials, or simply want to outsource the work to an expert external team acting as your assistant (which naturally involves an additional cost). However, this doesn't mean you must rely on Concierge for everything; all these features are fully accessible and available for you to use right inside your own account.
