Once your custom template has been prepared, you will receive a notification from customer service letting you know it's ready.
You can find this template in the "My Custom Templates" section of your account.
How to Use Your Custom Template:
Select the desired template from your "My Custom Templates" list.
Load your specific listing.
Generate the assets you need using the custom formatting.
If changing your headshot or logo does not update your custom template, it means your template is hardcoded. We typically do this to maintain strict alignment with your branding, so in case you need to replace your headshot or logo in a custom template and are unable to do it yourself, reach out to our customer support team, as it requires manual retouching.
If you have recently requested a manual update to your custom template (such as a logo change, a headshot update, or a graphic adjustment) but you don't see these changes while working in the system:
Check the Final Asset: Download the asset. If the downloaded version is correct but the preview on your screen is still showing the old design, the issue is likely your browser cache.
Clear Your Cache: To fix the preview, try logging out, refreshing your page, or clearing your browser cache.
Contact Support: If the downloaded asset is still incorrect after an update has been confirmed, please email a copy of the generated file to us so we can investigate the issue.
Custom templates are primarily designed for Listing Assets, including Social Media Posts, Feature Sheets, Postcards, Flyers and QR codes. However, they can also be used for other needs such as Market Reports, Email Signatures, Listing Presentations, Awards & Achievements, Reviews & Testimonials, and etc.

Automate with Favorites:
Automate your content creation with your custom template by adding it to your "Auto Collection"
Hover your mouse over the template, a Star icon will appear in the bottom-left corner, labeled "Add to Auto Collection."
Click the star icon to activate it as a favorite.
By enabling this, you are instructing the system to automatically generate your listing assets using this template for all new listings.
