Streamline your social media strategy by planning and automating your posts in advance. This guide shows you how to set up and manage your schedule to maintain a consistent presence, even while you’re offline. Follow these simple steps to organize your content and save time.
How It Works
1. Pick Your Dates: Select the specific days you want to schedule content.
You will see a compact version of the calendar where you can select your specific date range, and also deciding exactly what time your campaign starts and ends each day. It is crucial to set your correct Time Zone during this stage.
2. Select Your Topics: Choose the topics you want content generated on, including seasonal and occasional posts. You define the "what" of your content. You can choose from a variety of topics and decide whether to include Special Occasions or holidays in your feed. This ensures your profile stays relevant to current events and seasonal trends.
This is also where you manage your Default Hashtags. You can enter specific hashtags or slogans that you want to appear at the bottom of every single post, regardless of the topic.
Additionally, you can toggle the AI Generation feature here; when enabled, the system will automatically write engaging captions for you, seamlessly blending your default hashtags into the final output to save you hours of manual work or you can opt for a more manual approach if you prefer to maintain a specific personal voice for every piece of content.
3. Add Your Listings: Promote your New Listings and Sold Listings. If you have active listing for sale or rent, or you recently had a sold, you can select and add them directly to your calendar here. The system will take your listing data and prepare it for social media distribution.
By integrating these into the wizard, your property showcases will be interspersed naturally with your general content, creating a balanced and professional feed that drives actual business leads.
4. Choose Your Platforms Select the social media channels you want to post to.
You can choose from your connected platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to decide where each piece of content should appear.
If you select "Post on All Channels", you need to make a choice: you can either publish the asset as a standard post on all channels, or send it as a Story, but you can't do both at the same time.
You also can choose to publish the exact same content to all your channels at once, or you can have the system randomly rotate them, sending different posts to different platforms.
5. Review Your Content: Easily review and edit all your scheduled posts before they go live. You can see a preview of the upcoming posts, the topics chosen, and the specific days they are scheduled to hit your calendar.
Once you hit "Submit," the content is officially "baked" into your main Content Calendar. From there, your schedule is set, and the system will take over the publishing process, allowing you to focus on your clients while your social media runs on autopilot.
With the content calendar, you can set your schedule and let the system handle the rest. You'll be able to manage all of your scheduled posts from a single, organized view.
