Already designing in Canva or another tool? Blank Templates let you bring those designs into REable Hub, so you can still use the AI caption tool, publish to your channels and schedule posts in the Content Calendar, all from one place.
Before You Start
Export your design from Canva (or any tool) as PNG or JPG.
Match the size to where you will post: Square (1:1) or Vertical (4:5) for feed posts, Story (9:16) for Stories.
How to Find Blank Templates
Select Content Templates from the left-hand menu.
In the filter menu, select Blank Templates.
Choose the blank template that matches your design's layout (Square, Vertical or Story).
Upload Your Design
Click the blank template to open it in the editor.
Upload your design, or select it from your Personal Gallery (Account Settings) if you uploaded it there already.
Check the preview to make sure nothing is cropped.
Click Save at the top.
Share or Schedule
Click Share, then use the AI caption tool to generate a caption and hashtags for your design.
Click Publish Now or Schedule to post to your connected channels (Premium Plus). Your channels must first be connected in Account Settings > Channels.
You can also add your uploaded designs to the Content Calendar for automated posting.
đĄ Tip: if a post comes out cropped, the design's size does not match the blank template's layout. Re-export it in the correct ratio and upload again.
