In this third phase, you will learn how to sync your property inventory with your social media schedule. This feature allows you to showcase your active and sold properties to your audience automatically, ensuring your professional achievements are always front and center.
Syncing Your Current Inventory (Listings)
The system is designed to pull your existing data from the "My Listings" section and distribute it across the dates you selected in Step 1. You can choose to feature all your listings or filter them by status, such as New Listings or Sold Listings.
IMPORTANT: The wizard only recognizes listings that are in your account at the moment you run the workflow. If you acquire a new listing or close a deal after you have already set up your calendar for the month, the system will not "auto-detect" and add it to that specific run. You would need to run the wizard again to include new updates
💡 TIPS: Once the system finishes generating the assets for your listings, you will have the opportunity to review and edit them after they are populated in the calendar as scheduled content. You can swap listing images, adjust any branding elements, and refine the captions and hashtags. Please note that you cannot change the asset layout itself; for example, if you selected a "Post" or "Story" layout during the calendar setup, that format remains fixed. However, you maintain full control to edit the graphics, branding, and text to ensure they perfectly match your voice.
Customizing Labels & Statuses
When adding listings, you can choose specific labels to display on your posts, such as "Just Listed," "Just Sold," or "For Sale." This allows you to communicate the exact status of the property to your followers.
If you prefer to have manual, high-level control over every single property post, you can choose to keep this section inactive and proceed to the next step.
💡Pro Strategy: The Multi-Run Method
To get the most professional and organized performance from this feature, we recommend running the Content Calendar workflow twice or more if you have both active and sold properties to promote:
Run #1 (New Listings): Select only your new listings, apply the "Just Listed" label, and choose specific days (e.g., Mondays and Wednesdays) for these to appear.
Run #2 (Sold Listings): Run the wizard again, but this time select only your sold properties, apply the "Just Sold" label, and pick different days or times for these posts.
By running the process separately for different statuses, you gain much better control over your branding and ensure your feed looks varied and professional.
