Setting Channel Distribution & Publishing Rules

Choose your platforms and define your posting rules to finalize your distribution plan.

Updated today

In this fourth phase, you determine exactly where and how your content will be published. This step gives you the flexibility to choose between a unified brand message across all platforms or a diverse, randomized feed that keeps your audience engaged with different topics on every channel.

Content Distribution Options

You have two primary ways to distribute your generated content across your connected social media accounts:

  • Mirrored Content (Same on all platforms): If you select this, the system will post the exact same graphic and caption across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels at the same time. This is ideal for maintaining a consistent brand message.

  • Randomized Content (Different on each platform): This option allows the system to mix things up. For example, while Instagram might show a "Seller Tip," Facebook could simultaneously display a "Real Estate Term." This ensures that followers who see you on multiple platforms aren't seeing repetitive posts.

IMPORTANT: Once the system finishes generating the assets, you will have the opportunity to review them after they are populated in the calendar as scheduled content. You cannot change the asset layout itself; for example, if you selected the "Post" or "Story" layout during the calendar setup, that format remains fixed. However, you maintain full control to edit the graphics, branding, and text to ensure they perfectly match your voice.

Layout Selection: Posts vs. Stories

You can define the specific "look" of your content by selecting your preferred layout. The system will filter your content based on your choice:

  • Post Layout: Optimized for the main feed (Square or Portrait).

  • Story Layout: Optimized for vertical full-screen viewing.

💡 TIPS: If you choose the "Mirrored" option, you must pick one layout (either Post or Story). However, if you choose the "Randomized" option, you have the freedom to select both layouts, allowing the system to populate your calendar with a variety of formats.

💡Pro Strategy: Customizing Your Workflow

To get the most professional and organized performance from this feature, you can run the Content Calendar workflow multiple times for maximum impact. If you want Stories to go out every morning and Posts every evening, simply run the wizard once for each specific need. By selecting different Dates, Times, Topics and layouts in each run, you create a professional, multi-layered social media presence that feels manually curated.

  1. Example Run #1 (Story Content): Select "Quotes" from the Topic area, and choose specific days (Mon. to Fri. 8-9 am) for these to appear, and check the Story on selected platforms.

  2. Example Run #2 (Post Content): Run the wizard again, this time select "Seller Tips" and choose specific days (Mon. to Fri. 2-4 pm) for these to appear, and check the Post on selected platforms.

If you set it up with two runs, the example would be that in the mornings, a Story goes on all platforms, and in the afternoons, a Post is scheduled for all platforms.

By running the same process separately for different statuses, you gain much better control over your branding and ensure your feed looks varied and professional.
