In this second phase of the Content Calendar wizard, you will define the core of your social media presence. This step allows you to select the specific subjects the AI will write about, configure automated seasonal content, and set up your signature branding via hashtags.
Selecting Your Content Topics
You will be presented with a comprehensive list of real estate-specific categories, including Prospecting, Seller Tips, Buyer Tips, Real Estate Terms, and much more.
Using the Multi-select tool, you can choose as many topics as you like. This tells the system exactly what kind of content to generate for your feed.
💡TIPS: Once the system finishes generating its suggestions, you will have the opportunity to review and edit them after they are populated in the calendar as scheduled content. While you cannot change the core topic or category of a generated post at that stage, you have control to edit the branding, graphics and captions to ensure they match your voice perfectly.
Special Occasions & Seasonal Tips
To keep your feed timely and community-focused, you can enable two automated features:
Special Occasions: By toggling this on, the system will automatically generate a post for recognized holidays (e.g., Mother's Day).
Seasonal Tips: When this button is active, the AI will include content tailored to the current season—such as winter home maintenance or spring gardening tips—ensuring your profile remains relevant to the time of year.
IMPORTANT: Keep in mind that the system ONLY posts on the specific days you SELECT; therefore, if a holiday or special occasion is coming up and you want it covered, you must ensure that you have selected that specific date in the wizard's mini-calendar.
Note: Certain religious or cultural events may not be included in the automated suggestions, as these are often based on personal preference. For these occasions, you can manually add the events directly to your calendar.
Default Hashtags & AI Generation
Consistency is key to branding. In this section, you can manage how hashtags and captions are handled:
Default Hashtags: These are fixed tags that will appear at the end of every post, regardless of the topic (ideal for your brand slogan or company name).
How to enter: Simply type the word and press Enter. You do not need to type the "#" symbol; the system adds it automatically. You can add up to 10 unique default hashtags.
AI Caption & Hashtag Generation: You have two separate toggles to allow the system to use AI to craft engaging captions and relevant, trending hashtags for each individual post.
Flexibility: You can choose to use one, both, or neither. If enabled, you can still review and adjust these AI-generated elements after putting in the calendar.
💡TIPS: You can customize your weekly or monthly calendar for maximum impact by running the workflow multiple times. For example, if you want to share Seller/Buyer Tips on odd days as a Story and Real Estate Terms on even days as a post, you should run the Content Calendar workflow twice.
On the first round, select the odd days, set your desired time window, and select the "Seller/Buyer Tips" in the topic area. For the second run, select the even days, set the time window, and choose "Real Estate Terms" in the topic area.
