How to Create a "Listing Presentation"

Whether you are looking to stand out at a listing appointment, showcase your marketing strategy, or highlight your past sales success, the system provides a variety of professional, ready-to-use Listing Presentation templates.

REable Hub enables you generate a personalized listing presentation that showcases your expertise and helps you win new clients. Each template comes with some generic data that requires your attention to replace with the correct and relevant information specific to you.

Follow these steps to create a customized portfolio that highlights your expertise and sets you apart.

How to Find Postcards Templates

To access the postcard templates, follow these simple steps:

  1. Navigate to the Content Creation section.

  2. On the left-hand filter menu, look under the Brand & Print category.

  3. Select Listing Presentation to view the available options.

What You’ll Find

You will see a diverse selection of Listing Presentation categories tailored for different outreach strategies, you can also search for specific themes at the top of the page. Just type in keywords like 'Luxury' , 'Commercial' , ... and any relevant, pre-made presentations in the system will appear for you.

IMPORTANT: The default versions normally come with some generic data that needs your attention to be replaced by the correct and relevant information that specifically belongs to you.

Using the Listing Presentation Editor

The listing presentations are pre-formatted in various layouts, including 8.5" x 11" (portrait), 11" x 8.5" (landscape), and standard PowerPoint dimensions.

To customize a Listing Presentation, simply click on the design of your choice. This will open the editor where you can personalize the content similar to the general steps covered in this article, this is where you can fully customize your design.

Multi Pages: Listing Presentations are 'Multi Pages Template', and you'll find a footer bar at the bottom of the page displaying individual pages. First, select the desired page by clicking it on this bar. Once inside, you can proceed to replace the images. Within each page, there may be a Single or Multiple images and you can individually select and swap the photos as needed from the system default gallery or you can use the 'Personal Gallery' feature for all these cases. There, you can first upload your images and then use them in your templates.

Images & Branding: Easily swap out placeholders with your headshot, and personal logo.

There might be a space to upload a headshot, but instead of the system defaults, you'd need to upload a different photo from your personal gallery. This is so you can really customize the design, using photos from your personal archive, lifestyle photos, and putting them into the design.

  • Custom QR Codes: If the selected template feature a QR code. Simply enter your desired destination URL into the provided field, and a custom QR code will automatically generate on your template.

  • Editable Text: Adjust the titles, subtitles and paragraph text to match your specific marketing message.

Replace the placeholder data with your actual sales stats, market reports, and client testimonials. This example shows an agent serving clients in the GTA. If your service area is different—or if you serve the same area but prefer different verbiage or a new coverage map—simply replace the placeholder information on the left side with your own details. In this sample, you can update the title, the entire body text, and the map image. You can repeat this same workflow for any other page in the presentation.

Note that some presentation templates may require data you've pre-prepared before loading it here as a graphic or picture. For example, if you want to discuss a specific market report, generate that report in the Hub's market report tool, save the file, and then upload it to the presentation gallery. Similarly, if you need unique stats from your brokerage, obtain those from your office first, save the graphic, and upload it here.

If you want to include client testimonials, you'll need to collect their written words and add them. Or, if you want to describe the services you offer during a home sale or purchase—like photography, staging, marketing, or whatever you provide—you should prepare those materials ready to be used here, too.

Saving and Exporting

  • Save Your Progress: Any changes you make can be saved. If you need to step away or revisit the page later, the system will store your customizations so you can pick up exactly where you left off.

  • Download as PDF: Once you are happy with your final design, click the Download button at the top of the screen to export your postcard as a high-quality, print-ready PDF.

Note: Listing presentations can come in a wide variety, so if your brokerage has existing templates you'd like to bring into the Hub, or if you have existing templates you'd like to bring into the Hub, or if you're looking for a specific design you can't find in our options, just share them with us. Our design team will review them and attach them to your account, so you can easily customize and use them moving forward.
