By default, the system uses all available templates to generate the marketing assets for a listing; however, you can control exactly which designs are used by utilizing the Auto Collection feature. This allows you to maintain brand consistency by hand-picking the templates that best represent your business.
In the Listing Studio, you will see a star icon at the bottom-left of each template. Clicking this adds it to your favorites (Auto Collection).
"My Auto Collection" Folder
The Auto Collection folder determines which templates the system uses to generate your listing assets. By managing this folder, you can control exactly how your marketing looks.
If you add only one template, the system will always use that specific design for every new listing asset generation, Digital or Print-Ready
If you add several templates, the system will use a "round-robin" approach, randomly picking one of your favorites each time to generate Digital or Print-Ready assets.
If you have a Custom Template designed for you, it is recommended to add it to your Auto Collection and remove others to ensure your unique template is used every time.
