Easy to Find. Easy to Navigate. Easy to Use.

Are you frustrated trying to find custom clauses, training materials, or company logos exactly when you need them? The Brokerage Resources section is a secure, dynamic, cloud-based repository meticulously curated for your day-to-day operations.

Brokerage Resources is a collection of files, documents, graphics, training videos -- basically anything your real estate brokerage provides you for your day to day business operations.

If your brokerage is under contract with REable Hub, you have instant access to a treasure trove of shared materials provided directly by your office.

What You’ll Find

Because this collection is tailored by your Office/Brokerage, the exact resources will vary depending on what they equip you with. This repository typically includes but are not limited to:

  • Brand & Marketing: Company logos, brand guidelines, marketing assets, and listing/buyer presentations.

  • Forms & Documents: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), office forms, custom schedules, sample contracts, and Independent Contractor Agreements.

  • Training & Guides: Brokerage-specific training videos, educational presentations, and buyer/seller guides.

  • Directories & Data: Company directories, supplier lists, and office statistics.

Training Calendars & Office Meetings: If your office utilizes the Brokerage Calendar, you'll have a clear, year-round view of all upcoming office meetings, training workshops, and company events.

How to Find Your Documents

Whether you prefer Browsing or using the Search Engine, finding what you need is efficient and seamless:

  1. Browse by Category: Use the intuitive tiles and folders to explore documents by their designated categories. Some tiles may also include external links or embedded content.

  2. Instant Search: Use the search bar to locate specific files. You can combine multiple keywords to refine your search and improve accuracy.

  3. Filter by Region (If Enabled): If your brokerage operates across multiple regions, select your specific area first to narrow down the information and view only the resources relevant to your location.

In the example below, we've searched for the word 'Teresa,' and as you can see in the screenshot, any document, form, file, or video related to this topic in the system is displayed there.

Tips:

Selecting a specific region: If the brokerage resources section is organized based on different regions, you can choose a particular region to access the associated links and documents for that specific area. This allows you to narrow down the information to your relevant location and access resources that are specific to your region.

Search functionality: To locate a particular document or resource within the brokerage resources section, you can use the search bar provided. Simply enter relevant keywords related to the document you are looking for, and the system will search for matching documents. You can use multiple keywords to refine your search and improve the accuracy of the results.

File Security & Access

Every document within the Brokerage Resources section is secure and password-protected within the Hub. These files are internal and not publicly visible; only logged-in agents from specific brokerage can view or download them.

Can't Find What You're Looking For?

If you are searching for a specific document, event, or program and cannot find it, please contact your Office Manager or Front Desk directly.

REable Hub displays the resources provided directly by your brokerage. If your keyword search yields no results, it is highly likely that the data has not been shared with us yet. Reaching out to your office administration is the fastest way to get the materials you need added to the Hub.
