Submitting IDX and VOW Agreements for Your Brokerage

A step-by-step guide on how to submit IDX and VOW agreement for your entire brokerage or office.

Updated this week

The Hub platform does not require the License Agreement(s) for all of its features. Many sections operate independently and you simply need access to that specific tool to get started. For example, you can use our Listing Templates or Social Curated Content to generate and post any marketing piece you like at any time. However, certain advanced tools and data-driven features do require specific agreements

You need an approved VOW (Virtual Office Website) and IDX (Internet Data Exchange) agreement from your MLS to activate them.

In this article, we explain how to submit the agreements on PropTx. However, depending on your real estate board (e.g. PropTx, ITSO, NAPLE, …) , you can follow the same process on your MLS to sign the agreement. If REABLE SOLUTIONS isn't already an authorized vendor with that MLS, the process might take a little longer to get approved and set up, before you can choose REable as a trusted vendor.

Before You Start:

If you already know how to proceed and are familiar with the steps, you can skip this guide and click the button below to be redirected to the PropTx website to submit your agreements right away.

  • In the next step, the system will ask you to select the vendor you want to work with. When prompted for the vendor, search for and select REABLE SOLUTIONS.
Make sure you select or enter the correct vendor name.

Provide Necessary URL

While submitting IDX and VOW agreements, PropTx requires the URLs where data will be published.

To get the URL to submit the agreement, contact Customer Service to make the necessary arrangements. This service is not available to brokerages during a trial period; you must have an active subscription to submit agreements and start using the advanced tools within the Hub.

Sign Agreement

  • Agree to all required terms.

  • Click Sign Agreement.

Broker of Record Approval

All agreements must be signed off by your Broker of Record before PropTx will process them. Giving them a heads-up can significantly speed up approval (as fast as 24 hours in some cases).

✅ Once your agreements are approved, your advanced tools will be activated in your Hub account.
