Brokerage Resources: Streamlining Internal Access and Documents

Easily manage and share essential documents, training materials, and brand assets with your entire team.

Overview

The Brokerage Resources section provides a secure, centralized library where brokerage administrators can upload and organize internal documents, training materials, marketing assets, and other important files for their agents.

Instead of emailing documents or sharing multiple cloud storage links, you can manage everything directly within Hub. Once uploaded, resources become instantly available to your agents through their Hub accounts, helping your team stay informed, consistent, and productive.

Whether you're onboarding new agents, distributing updated branding guidelines, or sharing office procedures, Brokerage Resources ensures everyone has access to the latest information from a single trusted location.

Benefits

Using Brokerage Resources helps your brokerage:

  • Keep all internal documents in one centralized location.

  • Provide instant access to new and existing agents.

  • Eliminate outdated file versions and broken shared links.

  • Maintain consistent branding across your brokerage.

  • Simplify onboarding with ready-to-use training materials.

  • Reduce administrative requests by allowing agents to self-serve.

  • Secure brokerage documents by automatically removing access when an agent leaves.

What Can You Upload?

Brokerage Resources can be used for virtually any internal file your agents may need, including:

  • Brokerage policies and procedures

  • New agent onboarding guides

  • Training manuals and recorded workshop materials

  • Marketing and branding guidelines

  • Logos, brand assets, and approved graphics

  • Office forms and checklists

  • Compliance documents

  • Commission or transaction forms

  • Presentation templates

  • Event information and office announcements

  • Printable resources and PDF guides

There is no limit to the number of categories or files you can organize within Brokerage Resources.

Automatic Agent Access

When a new agent joins your brokerage and their REable Hub account is created, they automatically receive access to all Brokerage Resources.

This allows new team members to immediately access:

  • Training documents

  • Office procedures

  • Marketing assets

  • Brokerage forms

  • Internal resources

No additional permissions or manual sharing are required.

Secure Access Management

Brokerage Resources are protected and available only to active agents within your brokerage.

If an agent leaves your brokerage or their Hub account is removed, their access to Brokerage Resources is automatically revoked. They will no longer be able to view or download any internal documents, helping protect your brokerage's confidential information.

Keeping Resources Up to Date

Brokerage Administrators can update Brokerage Resources at any time.

As your brokerage evolves, simply upload new files or replace outdated versions to ensure every agent always has access to the most current documents.

This makes it easy to distribute:

  • Updated branding

  • Revised policies

  • New training materials

  • Marketing campaigns

  • Office announcements

Changes are immediately available to your team without requiring agents to install or download additional software.

Best Practices

To help agents quickly find what they need, consider organizing your resources into categories such as:

  • Onboarding

  • Training

  • Marketing

  • Branding

  • Forms

  • Compliance

  • Office Policies

  • Presentations

  • Events

  • Templates

Regularly review your resources to remove outdated documents and replace them with the latest versions.
