Overview
Digital Onboarding allows brokerages to automate the collection of new agent information through a customizable online registration form.
Instead of exchanging multiple emails or manually gathering documents, new and transferring agents can complete their onboarding online by providing all the information your brokerage requires before they receive access to the Hub.
Once submitted, each registration is placed into a Pending Approval queue, where Brokerage Administrators can review the information before activating the agent's account.
After approval, the agent automatically receives a welcome email with instructions to access Hub and begin using the platform immediately.

How It Works
The onboarding process is simple for both agents and administrators.
Step 1: Agent Registration
New or transferring agents complete your brokerage's secure online onboarding form by entering the required information.

The registration can be completed from any device without requiring a Hub account beforehand.
Step 2: Administrator Review
After submission, the registration appears in the Brokerage Admin Panel with a Pending Approval status.
Administrators can review the submitted information to ensure it is accurate and complete before granting access to the brokerage.
This approval step gives your brokerage full control over who receives access to your Hub environment.
Step 3: Account Activation
Once approved, Hub automatically:
Creates the agent's account.
Sends a welcome onboarding email.
Provides login instructions.
Grants immediate access to the brokerage's Hub workspace.
