The Digital Onboarding feature simplifies the process for new or transferring agents joining a brokerage.
Agents can independently complete an online registration form, filling in all the necessary information required by the brokerage.
Administrators have the flexibility to customize these fields, determining which details are mandatory or optional. Once the form is submitted, the agent's profile enters a pending approval state.
After an administrator reviews and approves the registration, the system sends a welcome onboarding email to the agent, granting them immediate access to the Hub.
