If the content is shareable and your plan allows for it, you can post directly to your connected social media channels straight from the Hub.
If direct sharing isn't part of your current permission level, you can still save your work locally. When downloading, you have the flexibility to choose between high-quality image formats like PNG or document formats like PDF, depending on how you intend to use the final design.
Select Content Creation from the left-hand menu to open the library.
Use the filter menu to select your desired content type or choose from your saved Custom Templates.
Narrow down the results by entering specific keywords into the Search bar and clicking the search icon. For example, type "Buyer Tips" or "Seller Tips" to see what appears.
Browse the results and click on the template you wish to customize.
Clicking the template, will open the editor to begin personalizing your content.
Depending on the Content Type, your membership plan and your permissions, you can select Share to post directly or Download to save the file to your device.
For sharable content types, use the AI Writer to instantly generate captions and relevant hashtags tailored to your post.
Click on Next button, and here you will see a Preview icon next to each social platform.
👉 Ensure your template layout (Square vs. Vertical) matches the intended platform to avoid cropping issues.
👉 You'll want to be mindful of the template size you choose. If you select a template specifically for posts, avoid selecting "Story" on the platforms. Conversely, if you choose a vertical template for a Story, then do not select "Post" in the platform options.
👉 If you selected a carousel template, you can change the display order of the slides by dragging and dropping to reorder them, or you can remove slides entirely.
Click Publish Now to post immediately, or use the Schedule tool to pick a future date and time.
Only Premium Plus users can Publish or Schedule content directly to their connected social media channels. If your plan doesn't include direct posting, you can copy the caption and manually paste it into the platform where you want to share your post.
