How to Find Postcards Templates
To access the postcard templates, follow these simple steps:
Navigate to the Content Creation section.
On the left-hand filter menu, look under the Brand & Print category.
Select Postcard to view the available options.
What You’ll Find
You will see a diverse selection of postcard categories tailored for different outreach strategies, including:
Prospecting Postcards: General templates to introduce yourself and farm new neighborhoods.
Seasonal Postcards: Designs tailored for different times of the year.
Special Occasions & Holidays: Themed cards for events like the New Year to keep in touch with your sphere of influence.
You can also search for specific themes at the top of the page. Just type in keywords like 'New Year' 'Christmas' 'Spring Tips' 'Summer Tips' or 'BBQ' , ... and any relevant, pre-made postcards in the system will appear for you.
Using the Postcard Editor
All postcards are pre-formatted as print-ready at 8.5 x 5.5 inches.
To customize a postcard, simply click on the design of your choice. This will open the editor where you can personalize the content similar to the general steps covered in this article, this is where you can fully customize your design.
Images & Branding: Easily swap out placeholders with your headshot, and personal logo.
Custom QR Codes: Many postcard templates feature a QR code. Simply enter your desired destination URL into the provided field, and a custom QR code will automatically generate on your postcard.
Editable Text: Adjust the titles, subtitles, and Call-to-Action (CTA) text to match your specific marketing message.
Double-Sided Layouts
All postcards are designed to be double-sided (front and back). Typically, one side is dedicated to your branding alongside pre-written, ready-to-use content. You don't need to worry about writing new copy—just update your personal branding details and you are good to go!
Saving and Exporting
Save Your Progress: Any changes you make can be saved. If you need to step away or revisit the page later, the system will store your customizations so you can pick up exactly where you left off.
Download as PDF: Once you are happy with your final design, click the Download button at the top of the screen to export your postcard as a high-quality, print-ready PDF.
