To activate your listing automation on REable Hub, you’ll first need to submit your MLS agreements on the PropTx platform for the following access levels:

DLA (Data License Agreement)
IDX (Internet Data Exchange Agreement)
VOW (Virtual Office Website Agreement)

If your brokerage is under an active agreement with us, listing automation is probably already enabled on your account and no further action is required.

If you’ve enrolled individually as a real estate agent or a team member, you’ll need to submit a data agreement with PropTx yourself to activate the listing automation feature inside your REable Hub account. Activate Your Automation Now

To access listing data via REable Hub, you'll need to submit three agreement types: DLA, IDX, and VOW through the PropTx platform. Here's what to prepare and how to complete the process.

What you'll need before starting

TRREB Member Credentials
Membership #
PIN
Authenticator token

Your Website URLs
TRREB requires the URLs where data will be published (1 to 3 per agreement).
These can be updated later.
Important: URLs cannot be used in another agreement with a different vendor.

Broker of Record Approval
All agreements must be signed off by your Broker of Record before PropTx will process them.
Giving them a heads-up can significantly speed up approval (as fast as 24 hours in some cases).

1. Login to your PropTX account

Visit the PropTX website and log in using your unique username and password.

2. Access the MLS Tools section

After logging in, click on MLS Tools located at the top-right of the page to open the tools menu.

3. Find the "Data Agreement" tool

Look for the tool called Data Agreement.
If you don’t see it immediately, you can use the search box on the page to find it quickly.

4. Open the Data Agreement tool

Click on the Data Agreement tool.
You will be redirected to a new page where you can create a new agreement.

5. Start a new agreement

Click on the New Agreement button.
- Click “New Agreement”
The system will display the three options available for submission:
- DLA
- IDX
- VOW

6. Submit the DLA Agreement first

Start with the DLA agreement.
In the next step, the system will ask you to select the vendor you want to work with.
Make sure you select or enter the correct vendor name.

7. Provide your vCard URL

When the system asks for the website URL, please copy and paste your unique vCard URL.
You can find your vCard URL inside your REable Hub personal profile under your name.

Repeat the following steps for DLA, IDX, and VOW:
