REable Hub enables you generate a personalized listing presentation that showcases your expertise and helps you win new clients. Each template comes with some generic data that requires your attention to replace with the correct and relevant information specific to you.
Follow these steps to create a customized portfolio that highlights your expertise and sets you apart:
1. Log in to the Hub and navigate to "Content Creation"
2. Use the "Filter Menu" to select "Listing Presentation"
3. Choose the template you like, and the system will load the selected template in a new window.
4. Depending on the template you select, there are multiple pages that need to be updated with your data. Replace the placeholder data with your actual information, including sales stats, market reports, testimonials, and more.
5. Select your working area on the first slide by clicking the dropdown menu in the toolbox to choose the specific area.
6. Customize the "About Me" page by sharing your experience and update the "Key Stats" with your most recent Buy & Sell statistics to demonstrate your success rate. Replace the text on any titles, subtitles, and paragraphs as needed.
7. Next slide contains an infographic report of RE/MAX Hallmark’s completed transactions from the past year. This helps build trust with clients by showcasing the strength of the RE/MAX Hallmark brand. Feel free to replace it with another graph if you have something better.
8. Use the next slide to show your clients how choosing RE/MAX Hallmark benefits them by demonstrating its market share in your activity zone. Load the infographics for the left and right parts of the page by selecting two focus areas relevant to your client. You can also change the titles as needed.
9. Add a "Market Report" to showcase your knowledge of current market trends in your target area or neighbourhood. That report can be easily generated using the Hub Market Report Generator. You need to download the report and upload it to the slide.
10. Customize the "Why I Am Different" page by highlighting what sets you apart from others and feel free to update the text or replace the image on this page.
11. Update the "Serving Area" section and demonstrate your expertise in local neighborhoods. Edit the title and body text and replace the map image of your coverage area (preferably with a PNG file).
12. Explain how you "Determine Home Value”. Customize the titles, subtitles and descriptions as needed to reflect your strategy for getting the best price for sellers.
13. Add details to the "Get Maximum Exposure" section. Explain how you market listings through various channels. Update the text and replace the image as required.
14. If you offer staging services, include detailed information about how it benefits your clients or you may use this slide to introduce another additional services you offer. You can change the title, paragraph, and image to match your offerings.
15. Add testimonials that support your credibility and highlight successful outcomes. Replace placeholder text with real client feedback and you may even include their photos (with consent).
16. Use the next two slides to show your involvement in giving back to the community and how RE/MAX Hallmark participates in charitable activities. Edit the text and images on these slides as needed.
17. Customize the "Ready to Start?" page by adding a strong call-to-action message to encourage potential sellers to contact you.
18. Now, it’s time to review your presentation. Click on "Page Numbers" in the footer bar to preview each page. Ensure everything looks polished and professional.
19. Download your final presentation by clicking "Download" button at the top of the page, and the system will generate a high-quality set of images that you can incorporate into a PDF or PowerPoint file.
