How to Customize a Listing Presentation for Your Real Estate Portfolio

Our system helps to generate a personalized listing presentation that showcases your expertise and helps you win new clients. The default version comes with some generic data that needs your attention to be replaced by the correct and relevant information that specifically belongs to you.

Follow these steps to create a customized portfolio that highlights your expertise and sets you apart as an agent.

- First, log in to your hub and navigate to the " Content Creation " section.

- Use the "filter menu" to select "Printing" category.

- Choose the template you like.

- System will load the default Listing Presentation.

- Replace the placeholder data with your actual sales stats, market reports, and client testimonials.

- Start by customizing the "About Me" page to share your experience, certifications and update the "Key Stats" with your most recent sales and buying statistics to demonstrate your success rate.

- Add "Market Report" to showcase your knowledge of current market trends in your target area. You can easily generate market statistics for each city or region using the Hub Market Report Generator and then upload it here.

- On the "Why I Am Different" page, highlight what sets you apart. Feel free to customize text or replace the image on this page.

- Customize the "Serving Area" section to demonstrate your expertise in local neighborhoods. You may need to update the text in both the title and body and replace the image (preferably with a PNG file) on this page.

- Explain how you "Determine Home Value" to ensure the seller gets the best price for their property. Feel free to customize the titles and descriptions as needed.

- Add details about your "Get Maximum Exposure" plan, showing how you market listings through various channels. You may need to update the text and replace the image on this page.

- If you offer staging services to your seller, it’s worth discussing in this section as it adds significant value for your client. Provide detailed information about your staging services and how they benefit the selling process. You may need to update the text and replace the image on this page.

- Don’t forget to add client "Testimonials" that support your credibility and showcase successful outcomes. Replace the photo with a previous client’s photo (with their consent) and update the text with their exact testimonial about your services.

- Finally, customize the "Ready to Start?" page with a call to action, inviting potential sellers to contact you.

- Once you've finished your customization, click on the “Page Numbers” in the footer bar and check the preview of each page to ensure everything is polished and professional.

- Click on "Download" at the top of the page and wait for the system to generate your asset. The process may take some time depending on the amount of text and images in your presentation.

- Once completed, the system will provide you with a high-quality set of images that you can incorporate into a PDF or PowerPoint file.

Now you're ready to present your listing portfolio and win new business with confidence!
