2. How to Access Content Templates
- From your dashboard, click on 'Content Creation’
- Use the filters to browse by category: Listing Presentation, Postcards, Personal Signature, Seasonal Tips, Special Occasions, Question/Answer, Seller Tips, Buyer Tips, Quotes, Testimonials, Review, Real Estate Terms, Comparative, and much more
- Choose a layout format: square, story, postcard, banner, etc.
3. Customize the Content to Match Your Brand
- Replace photos, adjust colors, and edit text as needed.
- Add your logo and headshot (Premium users).
- Choose brand colors for design consistency. (Default branding is set to your brokerage, with personal branding for Premium users.)
4. Use AI to Generate Captions and Hashtags
- After selecting a template, click 'Generate Caption' to use the AI tool.
- You can also generate relevant hashtags for social reach.
- AI tools are built in and available at no extra cost for Premium members.
- Even if you are not a Premium member, you have a few free credits to use our AI features for generating captions or other scripts effortlessly.
5. Share or Download Instantly
- Copy the image or download it to your device.
- Premium users can publish content directly to their connected social media channels.
- Captions are also available for quick copy-paste when scheduling your posts manually.
6. Tips to Improve Your Content Strategy
- Post consistently using a variety of content types (inspirational, listing, tip-based).
- Take advantage of AI tools for fresh caption ideas.
- Use high-quality images and branded elements for a professional look.
7. Content Categories
The Content Creation section in the HUB platform offers various categories of content that are primarily used for creating social media content. These categories may include Personal signature, special occasions, lead generation posts, and more. These pre-designed content templates are available for agents to download and use in their social media posts on platforms such as Instagram.
8. Searching for the Content
You can also use the search bar to search for specific types of content that you are interested in.
9. Partial editing and customization
After selecting a content template, you have the option to partially edit it. You can change the logo or background photo by selecting from the library of available options. This allows you to personalize the content templates to align with your branding and preferences. Once the editing is complete, you can download the customized content template as an asset.
10. Availability of assets
Once an asset is generated from the Content Creation section, it becomes available in the "My Digital Asset" library. This ensures that you can access and use their downloaded content templates whenever needed.
