1. Content categories: The Content Creation section in the HUB platform offers various categories of content that are primarily used for creating social media content. These categories may include Personal signature, special occasions, lead generation posts, and more. These pre-designed content templates are available for agents to download and use in their social media posts on platforms such as Instagram.

2. Downloading and searching for content: Agents can download the content templates from the Content Creation section. They can also use the search bar to search for specific types of content that they are interested in. This makes it easier for agents to find the desired content templates for their social media needs.

3. Partial editing and customization: After selecting a content template, agents have the option to partially edit it. They can change the logo or background photo by selecting from the library of available options. This allows agents to personalize the content templates to align with their branding and preferences. Once the editing is complete, agents can download the customized content template as an asset.

4. Premium user features: Premium users of the HUB platform enjoy additional benefits in the Content Creation section. All content templates are marked with the agent's contact information for branding purposes. Premium users also have access to personal logos and branding elements that they can replace in the content templates. Additionally, premium users have the option to hide their contact information by toggling it off in the editing section, providing flexibility in content customization.

5. Availability of assets: Once an asset is generated from the Content Creation section, it becomes available for an unlimited time in the "Content & Market Report" library. This ensures that agents can access and use their downloaded content templates whenever needed.
