REable Hub

REable Hub gives you the ability to learn about and market New Developments in one easy-to-find module.  To access New Developments, and to track and filter for a specific project, follow these steps:

In the REable Hub menu, click on New Developments.

An Advanced Project Search form will appear.

Filter for New Developments using this Search function by:

1. City, Project, Builder (keyword or search term)
2. Home Type
   1. Any
   2. Condo
   3. Townhouse
   4. Detached
   5. Semi-Detached
3. Price Range (minimum and maximum)
4. Selling Status
   1. Coming Soon
   2. Platinum Launch
   3. Selling Now
   4. Sold Out
   5. Inventory Sale
   6. Featured
5. Ownership Type
   1. Condominium
   2. Freehold
6. Completion Year
7. Square Footage (minimum and maximum)
8. You can also sort by when the New Development was added

The New Developments matching your search criteria will appear.

Choose a specific project to learn more about it.

The details of the specific project will appear.  You will have access to any project assets available such as renderings, floor plans, price lists, marketing assets and more.

You can also Submit Worksheet or Order Landing Page by clicking on the appropriate button.

Click on  "Follow Changes" (feature coming soon) to track updates to the New Developments you are interested in.
