How to Find and Leverage New Development Project Content for Winning Marketing Campaigns and Client Leads

Updated this week

Log in to the Hub and navigate to the ‘New Development’ menu.

In this section, you may find one or two different sub-menus, depending on the plan you’ve enrolled in:

  • Public Projects

  • Exclusive Projects

# Public Projects include any existing Pre-Construction projects available in the market that you can access directly.

# Exclusive Projects, on the other hand, are special deals that might be reserved exclusively for your brokerage. To learn more about the "Exclusive" opportunities, reach out to your office administrator for details.

Click on each menu to view a list of recently added or updated projects.

Use the search bar and filters to find projects by their Name, City, Province, Building Type, or Selling Status. You can even set a Price range to discover projects within your budget.

As of now, we've covered the majority of new developments in key cities like Great Toronto Area, Ottawa, Calgary, Vancouver, and more locations coming soon.

For example, you can easily run a quick search to find new townhouse developments in Oakville or discover condos under $500K in Pickering. All of this is just a click away!

Once you’ve found a project, click on ‘Details’ to explore its dedicated page. Here, you’ll find an overview of the project, including a description, neighborhood, amenities, the builder’s & architect’s names, and etc.

Switch between tab pages to access:

  • Pricing information

  • Deposit structures

  • Incentives

  • Renderings & Photos

  • Project’s location on the map

  • Fire Directory including Brochures, Videos, Forms, Floor Plan (if available)

Use the ‘Watch’ icon to get email notifications when the project is updated, or click ‘Favorite’ to save it for easy access later.

You can submit a worksheet for the project or order an online campaign to generate leads using the buttons at the top of the page.
