Overview
The Login as Agent feature allows Brokerage Administrators to securely access an agent's Hub account whenever assistance is required.
Instead of asking agents to share passwords or guiding them through updates over the phone or during a screen-sharing session, administrators can temporarily access the agent's account directly from the Brokerage Admin Panel.
This makes it easy to resolve issues, complete account setup, and provide hands-on support while ensuring a smoother experience for both administrators and agents.

How to Log In as an Agent
Follow these steps to access an agent's account:
Sign in to your Brokerage Admin Panel.
Open the Roster Management section.
Search for the agent you would like to assist.
Click Options beside the agent's name.
Select Login as Agent.
You will immediately be taken into the agent's Hub account, where you can make updates on their behalf.
Assist with Print Orders
While logged in as the agent, you can also access reable Print Studio.
This allows Brokerage Administrators to:
Prepare print-ready marketing materials
Review designs before ordering
Place print orders on behalf of the agent
Assist agents with postcards, feature sheets, flyers, business cards, signs, and other print products
This is especially helpful when supporting new agents or assisting with time-sensitive marketing campaigns.

For the best support experience:
Only access an agent's account when assistance has been requested or administrative support is required.
Verify any requested changes before saving them.
Encourage agents to review their profile and branding information periodically.
