To link a Facebook Page to your Hub account, you must authenticate the connection using a personal Facebook profile that has admin privileges for the Page you want to add. Note that Meta API restrictions prevent the direct connection of personal Facebook profiles to our platform.
When setting up the connection, it is crucial that you grant all requested permissions for every page listed in the prompt, including those you do not plan to manage through you Hub. Denying any permissions will restrict our system from detecting the accounts you manage, causing the connection to fail.
our Facebook connection is a one-time connection per account, so the system will ask you to disconnect the current Facebook account (if you already have it) before you can connect a different one.

Steps to Connect Your Facebook Page
Before beginning, we highly recommend logging into the personal Facebook profile that has the required admin rights in another browser tab on the same device you are using to connect your Hub account. Once connected, you can access your channels from your PC, laptop, or mobile phone.
Click your Name/Avatar
Navigate to Account Settings from the menu
Click on Channels from the sub-menu
All available channels for connection will be displayed here.
Click Connect next to the Instagram icon..
We recommend logging into your Facebook account before proceeding with the channel connection setup; however, if you haven't already done so, the system may redirect you to the Facebook login page.
When the window below appears, ensure you are logged into the correct Facebook account, then click the "Connect" button.
You may be redirected to Facebook to authorize the connection. If you are logged in but not to the correct account, you may need to sign out and switch to the profile you wish to link.
Make sure to log in with the Facebook profile that has Admin Permissions for the linked Facebook Page.
In this step, the system will recognize your Facebook profile (the one you are currently logged into). Click the Connect or Reconnect button at the bottom of the window.
If you are the admin of multiple pages, the system may return an error message stating you have "insufficient permissions" to connect the channel. In this case, go back and click "Edit previous settings" to review your available Facebook Business accounts. Ensure the correct page is selected, then press "Next" to continue.
Removing access for any specific Pages will stop REable Hub from locating the Pages you manage. Note: You will skip this permission step if you have previously linked another Facebook profile to REable Hub using the same personal account.
You have the options to select "Opt in to all current and future Pages, or "Opt in current Pages only" , simply select the page you wish to connect and click Continue to proceed.
After following these steps, you should see this final message, confirming that your Facebook or Instagram page has been successfully connected.
On the final channel selection screen, pick the specific Page you wish to link and click Add to REable Hub. You are all set!
Troubleshooting Typical Connection Errors
Error: We could not find any Facebook Pages connected to that account.
Solution: This usually occurs for one of two reasons. The account you are attempting to link might be a personal profile instead of a business Page. Alternatively, if it is a Page, your personal profile may lack the necessary admin privileges. Check your Facebook settings to verify your admin status and connection permissions.
Error: Your activity off Meta technologies is currently turned off.
Solution: Log into your Facebook account and navigate to your Meta settings to manage your future activity. You must select the option to connect future activity for the integration to function correctly. Once updated, try linking your Page to REable Hub again.
Actions to Take if Your Facebook Page is Missing
Start by verifying that your personal Facebook profile definitely holds the admin role for the missing Page. If your Page is managed within a Facebook Business Suite account, confirm that your permissions are fully configured in that environment.
If your role is correct but the Page still does not appear, REable Hub is likely missing the necessary permissions from Facebook. To fix this, you will need to reauthorize the connection between Facebook and REable Hub, and then retry the connection process.
Note: Even though the connection requires authentication through your personal Facebook profile, REable Hub will never access your private information or publish content to your personal feed.
