If you're not part of a brokerage agreement, you'll need to submit your own MLS agreements through PropTx. Follow the steps below to get started and enable automatic listing asset generation inside your account.
You’ll first need to submit your MLS agreements on the PropTx platform for the following access levels:
DLA (Data License Agreement)
IDX (Internet Data Exchange Agreement)
VOW (Virtual Office Website Agreement)
Before You Start:

If your brokerage is under an active agreement with us, listing automation is already enabled on your account and no further action is required on your end. If you experience any difficulties receiving your digital asset by email, please contact our Support Centre.
Note 2:
If you’ve enrolled individually as a real estate agent, you’ll need to submit a data agreement yourself. If you already know how to proceed and are familiar with the steps, you can skip this guide and click the button below to be redirected to the PropTx website to submit your agreements right away.
If not, please continue reading the instructions below to learn more about the access levels you need to select before starting your submission.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Visit the PropTX website and log in using your unique username and password.
Click on MLS Tools located at the top-right of the page to open the tools menu.
Find the "Data Agreement" tool. If you don’t see it immediately, you can use the search box on the page to find it quickly.
Click on the "Data Agreement" tool. You will be redirected to a new page where you can create a new agreement.

Create Each Agreement Type
Repeat the following steps for DLA, IDX, and VOW
In the next step, the system will ask you to select the vendor you want to work with. When prompted for the vendor, search for and select REABLE SOLUTIONS.
Make sure you select or enter the correct vendor name.
Provide Necessary URLs
While submitting IDX and VOW agreements, PropTx requires the URLs where data will be published.
Navigate to your REable Hub personal profile section and Copy-Paste the vCard URL shown there.
Important: URLs cannot be used in another agreement with a different vendor
Choosing the Right Access Level
While submitting your DLA agreement, you’ll be asked to choose one of three access levels:
Your Listings Only
Your Office’s Listings
Your Entire Brokerage’s Listings
Since your Broker of Record will need to approve the agreement based on your selection, make sure to choose the correct option.
If you're submitting the agreement for your individual REable Hub account, you should typically select: Licensee’s listings only
Sign Agreement
Agree to all required terms.
Click Sign Agreement.
Broker of Record Approval
All agreements must be signed off by your Broker of Record before PropTx will process them. Giving them a heads-up can significantly speed up approval (as fast as 24 hours in some cases).
Once your agreements are approved, your listing automation will be activated automatically in your REable Hub account.
