How to Set or Edit Your Avatar (Profile Photo)

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log In to Your Account:

- Open your web browser and go to the login page.

- Enter your username and password.

- Click the "Sign In" button.

2. Access Your Profile Settings:

- Once logged in, locate your profile icon or name in the top right corner of the dashboard.

- Click on your profile icon or name to open a dropdown menu.

- Select "Personal Information" from the dropdown menu.

3. Set or Edit Your Avatar:

- Click on the "Edit Icon" in the top right corner of the Avtar box to add a new profile photo or editing your existing avatar.

4. Upload a New Photo:

- A file upload dialog box will appear.

- Select a photo from your computer.

*Please ensure that the selected file is in JPG, JPEG and PNG format, within a maximum 2 MB file size, and falls within the dimensions of 300x300 (minimum).

- Once you have selected your photo, click "Open"

- Your new avatar will be displayed in the profile section.

6. Confirm Changes:

- Click on "Save"

- Now, your new avatar will be displayed across the system where your profile is visible.

- If you need to make further changes, repeat the steps above.

Tips for Choosing an Avatar

- Use a clear, high-resolution photo.

- Ensure your face is centered and well-lit.

- Avoid using group photos or images with distracting backgrounds.
