Step 1: Access the Market Report
Once you are logged in, navigate to the main dashboard, and look for the "Market Reports" tab on the left menu. Click on it to access the Market Report Generator.
Step 2: Choose Your Report Template
There are a variety of templates available to pick and choose from. Select the one that best fits your objectives.
A filter menu located on the left, designed to assist you in finding the perfect templates for your needs. Easily discover free and premium templates or narrow down your search to find specific options like multi-page reports or reports based on property type.
Some templates are only available for premium members. If you see a crown icon on bottom of a template, it means you need to be a premium user to utilize that specific template.
Different templates may display different data fields. Choose the template that aligns with the available data in your desired area.
If a template includes a headshot, you can make it branded with your uploaded headshot in your profile. (Premium feature)
Step 3: Customize Your Report
1. Click on the Choose "Market Area" button to start generating your own report.
2. A pop-up will appear, allowing you to search for the “Location” for which you want to generate statistics. You can search for any desired area, such as a city or region.
3. Below the search box, you can select the desired “Date”. By default, it is set to the past month automatically.
The associated Real Estate Board will also be displayed beside each area name to ensure you've picked the correct item.
Premium members have the option to select from the three past months.
Step 4: Preview & Download Your Report
By clicking on the "Preview" button, a live preview of the selected month will be displayed for the specified area. If everything looks good in preview, click on the "Download" button on top right of the page to save the report as a high-quality PNG file to your device.
In “Preview” window, you still have the chance to change the logo, background color, and images (if applicable) before proceeding with the download.
Premium members can further customize the visual elements, such as color schemes and personal logos, to align with their branding or personal preferences.
You can access your generated reports through the "My Digital Assets" tab menu on the left side.
Download and share the report with your clients, colleagues, or use it as a valuable marketing tool to showcase your expertise.
