To activate "Listing Automation" feature for your Office or Brokerage , you’ll first need to submit all these three MLS agreements on the PropTx platform for the following access levels:
DLA (Data License Agreement)
IDX (Internet Data Exchange Agreement)
VOW (Virtual Office Website Agreement)

To access listing data via REable Hub, you'll need to submit three agreement types: DLA, IDX, and VOW through the PropTx platform. Here's what to prepare and how to complete the process.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Visit the PropTX website and log in using your unique username and password.
Click on MLS Tools located at the top-right of the page to open the tools menu.
Find the "Data Agreement" tool. If you don’t see it immediately, you can use the search box on the page to find it quickly.
Click on the "Data Agreement" tool. You will be redirected to a new page where you can create a new agreement.
Start a new agreement
In the next step, the system will ask you to select the vendor you want to work with. When prompted for the vendor, search for and select REABLE SOLUTIONS.
Make sure you select or enter the correct vendor name.
Provide Necessary URLs
While submitting IDX and VOW agreements, PropTx requires the URLs where data will be published.
Contact REable Customer Service to get the unique URL for your brokerage or office. You’ll need this when submitting your agreement.
Important: URLs cannot be used in another agreement with a different vendor
Choosing the Right Access Level
While submitting your DLA agreement, you’ll be asked to choose one of three access levels:
Your Listings Only
Your Office’s Listings
Your Entire Brokerage’s Listings
Since your Broker of Record will need to approve the agreement based on your selection, make sure to choose the correct option.
If you're submitting the agreement for your Office or your Brokerage, you should typically select: Branch Office's Listings or Brokerage's Listings
Sign Agreement
Agree to all required terms.
Click Sign Agreement.
Broker of Record Approval
All agreements must be signed off by your Broker of Record before PropTx will process them. Giving them a heads-up can significantly speed up approval (as fast as 24 hours in some cases).
Once your agreements are approved, your listing automation will be activated automatically in your REable Hub account.
✅ Don’t forget to ask your office team members to verify their email addresses to ensure they receive system notifications when a new listing is detected.
