Getting Started
Before diving into the features, let’s set up your profile for a seamless experience. This ensures your marketing materials are tailored and professional.
Profile Setup
First, if you don’t see your photo in the avatar profile icon, please upload your personal photo right away to ensure your profile is complete and professional.
Click on the avatar icon at the top-right corner of your dashboard.
Go to "Personal Information" and click the edit icon to upload or update your picture.
Make sure your file is in JPG, or PNG format, no larger than 2 MB, and within the dimensions of 300x300 pixels minimum. If these requirements aren’t met, the system won’t accept the file, so prepare your image in advance.
Next, update your Display Information.
You may want to use a different phone number or email for marketing purposes, or even a nickname for your branding. The information you enter here will reflect on your marketing assets.
Note: Certain personal details cannot be edited directly. If corrections are needed, contact our support team via email or live chat.
Note:
If you’re on the Complimentary Plan, note that certain features like personal branding, social channel setup, mls lookup, and etc… might be locked and inaccessible until you upgrade your plan.

Depending on your membership plan, you’ll have access to a variety of tools, from automated listing assets to content creation and market reports. Each feature is designed to save you time while keeping your branding consistent and professional. Whether you’re promoting new listing, new purchase or creating personalized market insights, REable Hub simplifies the process for maximum efficiency.
Brokerage Resources
If you’ve been enrolled by your brokerage, the Brokerage Resources section is where you’ll find a wealth of valuable materials to support your real estate business. This includes essential files, forms, logos, training videos, and office calendars, all curated by your brokerage to help you stay organized and efficient.
The system makes it easy to search for specific items, ensuring you can quickly locate what you need. Once found, these resources are conveniently downloadable, allowing you to save them for offline use or share them as needed. This centralized hub ensures that everything you need to succeed is always within reach.
New Developments
Access pre-construction projects available for sale and get informed about the latest marketing content released by builders as soon as it’s available, sooner than ever and faster than others. View comprehensive project details, including images, floor plans, and pricing. You can also submit worksheets directly or place orders for custom landing pages and online ad campaigns to effectively capture the leads.
Listing Assets
If you’re enrolled in the auto-listing asset generation program, you’ll receive email notifications when your new listing’s assets are ready. These assets serve as marketing materials that you can use to promote your listings. They may include both digital and print formats, depending on your membership plan.
To check whether your brokerage is enrolled in this program, or your membership is included the premium assets, feel free to reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
Listing Templates
You can also manually generate your listing assets by selecting a listing template, entering your listing’s details, or by importing your listing automatically via the MLS Lookup feature which is available for Premium Plus members.
Once you have loaded or imported your listing, you can select your favorite listing template to generate the marketing assets for it.
Complimentary members have limited template options with default branding, Premium members have access to a wider range of templates, and Premium Plus members enjoy full customization, enabling a more personalized and branded approach.
Content Creation
The Content Creation section is your go-to resource for crafting engaging social media posts and impactful print campaigns.
Choose from a wide variety of templates designed for daily real estate tips, industry terms, inspirational quotes, seasonal content, and more. You’ll also find ready-to-use templates for postcards, buyer and seller presentations, personal signatures, and other essential marketing materials.
Most social media templates are optimized for square and story sizes, making them perfect for platforms like Instagram and Facebook. These designs are easy to download or share directly, allowing you to maintain a consistent online presence effortlessly.
Premium Plus members have the added advantage of full customization, enabling them to incorporate their personal branding, such as logos, headshots, and unique color schemes, into each template, and instant posting to social media channels directly.
To make your posts even more engaging, this feature includes AI-powered captions tailored to your content, helping you attract more attention and resonate with your audience effectively.
Market Reports
Position yourself as a trusted local market expert with Market Reports, a powerful tool to showcase your knowledge and provide valuable insights to your clients.
Start by selecting a template that aligns with your branding and audience. Simply search for a specific area, neighborhood, city, or region, and let the system generate a professional, eye-catching report in seconds.
Market Reports are ideal for sharing with potential buyers, sellers, or anyone looking to stay informed about the local real estate landscape. Use them in your listing presentations, email campaigns, or social media posts to build credibility and trust with your audience.
Premium members have access to a wider range of market report templates, and Premium Plus members enjoy full customization, enabling a more personalized and branded approach.
AI Tools
We’ve integrated a suite of powerful AI tools specifically designed for real estate marketing, enabling you to save time and focus on what matters most while letting AI handle the rest. These tools cover a wide range of tasks, including writing compelling listing descriptions, suggesting captions for social media posts, generating Instagram hashtags, and optimizing YouTube tags. Additionally, you can effortlessly create open house invitations, draft Google Ads copy, and much more, all with just a few clicks. Best of all, these tools are included at no extra cost, giving you a comprehensive marketing edge without additional expenses. Everything you need is right at your fingertips to elevate your marketing game.
