The MLS Lookup feature gives you access to the MLS database, allowing you to search for listings beyond your own portfolio. It functions as a versatile lead-generation tool: Buyer’s agents can use it to showcase 'Just Sold' successes, while Listing agents can leverage it to generate branded marketing content for available inventory, helping you build a stronger presence in your local market.
If both your brokerage have signed the necessary agreements (e.g. DLA), you can access the Office Listing Search. This allows you to search for any listing within your office and—with the owner agent's permission—generate marketing assets under your own brand. Please note that per MLS rules, all listing photos will automatically include a clear credit to the listing brokerage to ensure full regulatory compliance.
If both your brokerage and you individually have signed the necessary agreements, you can access the Extended Listing Search. This allows you to not only browse your office inventory but also explore a broader range of market listings that have been authorized for collaborative marketing. With the listing agent's permission, you can leverage these opportunities to generate branded content and expand your lead generation reach beyond your own immediate portfolio.
