How to Create Testimonial/Review Posts

Turn your clients' reviews into branded social proof posts.

Testimonial templates turn a client's review into a professional post. Social proof from real clients is one of the strongest ways to win new business, and these templates make it easy to share every good review you receive.

This guide covers what is specific to Testimonial posts. For the general editor steps, see How to Edit/Customize a Content Template.

How to Find Testimonial Templates

  1. Select Content Templates from the left-hand menu.

  2. In the filter menu, select Testimonials (or Reviews).

  3. Or search for "Testimonial" or "Review".

What You'll Find

  • Review layouts with space for the client's words, name and rating.

  • Post and Story layouts.

Customizing Your Post

  • Review text: paste your client's review into the text field. Keep it short; one to three sentences reads best.

  • Client name: add the client's name or initials (for example, "Sarah M., Buyer in Oakville").

  • Photo: use your headshot, or upload a property or client photo to your Personal Gallery (Account Settings) and select it in the editor.

  • Branding: logo and colors load from Brand Settings > Personal Branding.

  • Click Save at the top to keep your progress.

Share or Download

  • Download as PNG or PDF.

  • Share to publish or schedule to your connected channels (Premium Plus).

Important: always get your client's permission before sharing their review, name or photo publicly.

💡 Tip: Google and Facebook reviews make great source material. Share a new testimonial after each closing while the experience is fresh.
